Terms of service.
These Terms govern your use of Viuz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Who we are
Viuz is operated by Zeit Capital LTDA, CNPJ 52.988.658/0001-57, Brasília, DF, Brazil. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “Viuz” mean Zeit Capital LTDA, and “you” means the person or company holding the account. General questions: hi@viuz.ai. Legal notices: legal@viuz.ai.
What the service does
Viuz reads the public profile you point it at, then drafts carousels, single images, stories and captions in your brand voice, renders them, and publishes or schedules them to the Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X and LinkedIn accounts you connect. On LinkedIn, Viuz publishes only to your personal profile, never to a company page. Reels are a script and a shot list only: Viuz writes the plan and you record the video. We publish to those five platforms and to nothing else.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Give accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account, including by teammates and reviewers you invite. Tell us at support@viuz.ai if you believe someone else has access.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Viuz and of the posts it produces for you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, render, transmit and publish that content, only to operate the service on your behalf and for as long as you keep it with us. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload or import, including images, video, logos, fonts and any person shown in them. We claim no ownership of your brand and we do not use your content to train models of our own.
What AI output is, and what it is not
Generated copy and imagery can be wrong, generic, or similar to what the same model produces for someone else. Treat every draft as a draft: review it before it goes out, because it goes out under your handle and it is yours once published. We do not verify facts for you, and nothing Viuz generates is legal, medical, financial or tax advice. Where a post is built from sources, the per-post fact ledger shows which ones.
Connected accounts and platform rules
Connecting an account authorises Viuz to publish on your behalf and to read back the performance of what it published, using the access the platform grants. Your use of Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X and LinkedIn stays governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for following them. Those platforms can rate-limit, reject, remove or restrict content and can revoke our access at any time, so a scheduled post can fail for reasons outside our control. You can disconnect an account in the dashboard or revoke the access from the platform itself, at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Viuz to produce or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Do not impersonate a person or a brand, do not buy or fake engagement, and do not run automation that breaks the rules of the platform you publish to. Do not resell access, share one login across a team instead of inviting members, probe or bypass our security or quotas, or scrape the service. Some sensitive topics are screened automatically and a generation can be refused; that screen is a safeguard, not a promise that everything else is safe to publish.
Plans, prices and payment
Every plan begins with a 7-day trial. A payment method is collected when the trial starts and nothing is charged until the trial ends; the plan’s price is charged on the first day after the trial unless you cancel before then. The trial includes ten generated posts. Starter includes ten generated posts a month and Studio includes fifty, with the current prices and inclusions shown on the pricing page. Every plan includes one brand; each brand beyond the first is a paid seat you buy and can release. Prices are charged in Brazilian reais, US dollars or euros depending on where you are, taxes may apply on top, and Stripe processes the payment: card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Paid plans renew automatically for the interval you picked until you cancel.
Cancelling, seats and money
Cancel at any time from your billing settings or by writing to support@viuz.ai. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and the unused part of that period is not credited. Adding a brand seat is charged immediately for the rest of the period; releasing one removes it from your next invoice and the current period is not credited. If you bought as a consumer in Brazil, article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code gives you seven days from the purchase to withdraw and be refunded what you paid, and nothing here removes that right.
Beta, availability and change
Viuz is in active development. Features change, and some are removed. We aim for high availability and we do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance, outages at Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, LinkedIn, our hosting or our AI providers, and events beyond our control will interrupt it. There is no service level agreement on a self-serve plan. We will give reasonable notice before we remove a feature you depend on or change a price you pay.
Suspension and termination
You can delete a brand or your whole account at any time. Deleting a brand deletes its posts, its media and its scheduled publications with it, and that is not reversible. We can suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, for abuse that threatens the service or other users, for non-payment, or where the law requires it, with notice where that is feasible. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the retention section of the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, lost data or indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Your responsibility for what you publish
You are responsible for the posts you publish through Viuz and for the rights and claims they carry. To the extent the law allows, you will hold us harmless from third-party claims that arise from your content, from your use of a connected account, or from your breach of these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect, and the effective date at the top of this page always shows the version in force. Continuing to use Viuz after that date means you accept the new version; if you do not, cancel before it takes effect.
Governing law and forum
Brazilian law governs these Terms. For business customers, the forum of Brasília, DF is elected for disputes not resolved by good-faith negotiation. If you contracted as a consumer, you keep the right to sue in the courts of your own domicile, as the Consumer Protection Code provides.
