How we read a public profile
The same page anyone can open without an Instagram account.

Open the public page
We open the profile you typed the way a visitor would. A private profile cannot be read.

We take the latest 12 posts and count dates, likes, comments, views, formats and captions.

We look for what the profile says it sells and quote the words it used.

Questions
Is the Instagram profile analysis free?
Yes. Reading a public profile costs nothing. To keep it available to everyone, each visitor can run a few reads per hour and there is a daily limit across all visitors. The page tells you when you reach one.
Do I need to log in to Instagram or give my password?
No. You type a public @handle. Viuz does not ask for your Instagram login or password and cannot see anything that is not already public.
Does it work on a private profile?
No. It only reads public profiles. If the profile is private or the handle is wrong, the page says it could not open it.
Can I read a profile that is not mine?
Yes. It reads public information, so it works for any public profile you type, including a competitor or a client.
Does it post or change anything on Instagram?
No. It only reads. Nothing is posted, followed, liked or changed on any account.
What does it not do?
It does not read direct messages or private insights, does not predict growth, and does not tell you what you must do. It describes what the public profile shows today.
